Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 5–9 business days. During busy periods it can take a little longer.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email us and we'll sort it out.

Some orders ship from international warehouses. In some cases Canadian customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are not included in the order price.

Opened flat, Tossly is a round mat about 95 cm (37 in) across. That's room for two adults, or a parent and a couple of kids, to sit with snacks.

The outer fabric is water-resistant, so damp grass, wet sand and small spills won't soak through. It isn't made to be submerged or left out in heavy rain.

Put your things in the middle of the mat, then pull both drawstrings. The edges gather up into a tote. To open it, loosen the cords and lay it flat.

We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Wipe it with a damp cloth, or hand wash in cold water and let it air dry. Shake out sand and crumbs before you pack it away.
