SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to Canada.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days after processing. During peak seasons or due to carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Some orders may be shipped from international warehouses. In some cases, import duties or taxes may be charged by Canadian customs upon delivery. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
